Our Journey

Bajco started its first business venture in the United States by opening two Papa Johns Pizza restaurants in 2002. Driven by the success of its first two restaurants, the Group signed a development agreement with Papa Johns International in March 2003 to develop 10 Papa Johns restaurants in Greater Pittsburgh region in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through multiple acquisitions and new restaurant development, Bajco has grown to become the largest privately held franchisee of Papa Johns International.

2002
Bajco Group opened its first two restaurants in East Liverpool, Ohio, and Salem, Ohio.
2006
Bajco Group acquires 10 existing Papa Johns restaurants from Buckstone Foods in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
2007
Bajco acquires 10 existing Papa Johns restaurants from Pitts. Burgers Limited Partnership in Pennsylvania.
2008
Bajco inaugurats its back office in Lahore, Pakistan.
2008
Bajco acquires 27 existing Papa Johns restaurants in Indiana and Michigan from Central Indiana Restaurants.
2010
Bajco acquires 21 existing Papa Johns restaurants in Florida from TAC Enterprises.
2012
Bajco acquires 19 existing Papa Johns restaurants in Indiana and Illinois from Capital Pizza.
2013
Bajco acquires 25 existing Papa Johns restaurants in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from PJPA.

Bajco forms a partnership with Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis to acquires 4 Papa Johns restaurants in Pennsylvania.

Bajco acquires a commercial real estate portfolio of 4 properties in Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Bajco acquires 21 Papa Johns restaurants from DCT Enterprises in Indiana and Illinois.
2018
Bajco acquires 15 Papa Johns restaurants from Toledough LLC in Ohio and Wisconsin.

Bajco develops Class A multi-tenant retail center in Indiana.
